Jackie is the Artist of Earth Groove Ceramics. She joined Cannon St. Ceramics and teaches our Tuesday after-school Kids Class. Her ceramic work includes a wide variety of styles and techniques, often with a focus on texture. Her most recent work utilizes texture designs that are created and then stamped onto a slab of clay and features mostly hand-built homewares. Nerkomi (a process involving coloring and marbling clay for unique designs), stenciling and monoprinting are other techniques often shown in her work.
