Our workshops are offered during the off weeks throughout the year. Some Workshops are open to all, others require class enrollment prior to participation. Dates will be posted in each individual product page, or visit our studio calendar to see all workshops/studio events.
Raku Firing Workshop: ***Available to Enrolled Students Only***

Spend the day enriching yourself with the process of Raku! Explore a variety of techniques for application to achieve earthy, unique finishes. Participant must have 3-5 items bisque fired and ready to glaze or prepare the week before the firing. Select a desired Raku date below & use the drop down to designate how many pots you will be bringing to the firing. $5 per pot with a max of 5 per firing.
Make Your Own Glaze Workshop: ***Available to Enrolled Students Only***

Ever been interested in making your own glaze or just curious about the process? Use our recipe book or bring a desired recipe for us to make a 100 gram glaze test. All materials provided and you can keep the glaze & formula after the workshop. ***Large batch production is currently unavailable.***
Make Your Own Plaster Mold Workshop: ***Available to Enrolled Students Only***

Make your own plaster mold using your own found object (limit 1, 3inch x 6 inch item) or one that the studio can provide. create a form that can be replicated multiple times. ***Slip can be purchased at your desired clay supply store. No casting will be permitted at the studio & firing fees will be required for slip-cast work regardless of your enrollment (see kiln firing fees). ***
Underglaze Transfer Page Workshop: Open to Public

Learn how to make your own underglaze transfers using a variety of printmaking techniques. create your own 8.5 x 11 page of imagery to decorate your pottery! Materials provided, does not include a bisque fired piece to decorate.
Alternative Methods for Printing on Clay: ***Available to Enrolled Students Only***

Figurative Clay Workshop: Open to Public

Create a figurative sculpture using referenced images. Sculpt solid then hollow or create an armature to support you creation. Firing is not included but available for an additional fee.
Gnome Making Workshop: Open to Public

Create your very own garden gnome or holiday gnome depending on the occasion. Available in multiple sizes, prices will vary. Select your desired options below.

BGOLD

Bryan Goldfeder, best known as BGOLD, is a Jewish Glassblower from Denver, Colorado. He started his career in glass as an apprentice under John Hudnut at the Gather House in Frisco, Colorado.
