Six weekly sessions held each Monday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 PM in Lafayette, Colorado.

  • Open Studio (access outside of class times, weekends) is available for an additional purchase ($100 per 6-week class).

Monday Student - Open Studio Use Fee

Beginning in June; Open Studio is available for those enrolled in a 6-Week Class for an additional fee. Please note that you will not be granted access to the studio outside of class times unless you purchase "Open Studio Use". No instructor is present outside of class times, please use responsibly.

Description

  • Learn to create cups, bowls, plates, and vases during weekly class sessions. First 25lbs of clay included with class; more available for purchase.
  • Learn the basics of glazing. All glazing materials and firings included with classes.
  • Make Up Class Offered the 4th Sunday of each class session. Unfortunately due to the size of our studio; missed classes cannot be rescheduled.
  • Continuation of beginner class if taken more than once (NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER).
  • More opportunity to build upon the techniques taught in beginning class.
  • Semi self-paced.
  • Set your own goals for the six weeks
  • Open Studio (access outside of class times, weekends) is available for an additional purchase ($100 per 6-week class).

Additional Offerings

In addition to our regular classes, we offer opportunities for students and experienced non-students to spend even more time practicing and creating in our Lafayette studio, along with renting our studio’s space and equipment.

Drop-In Pottery Classes

1.5-Hour session in the studio $100

If you have experience and are just looking to try a one-time class (date nights, birthday parties, etc.) or cannot commit to a full 6 weeks, this is for you.

Kiln Firing & Glazing

$25 per Kiln Shelf

CSC-What We Offer-Kiln Rental

Students can rent kiln shelves, which include 12” x 24” bisque and glaze firing. Participants have the option to request guided glazing.
